Our team was responsible for maintaining this software system by reacting to job failures and application issues to ensure accessibility at all times.

This included:

• Diagnosing job failures in a timely manner based on log files and database tables such as load history tables
• Effectively communicating issues and status updates with our related business and innovation counterparts
• Provide off-hour support when needed to resolve application issues to minimize business impact
